This is with reference to the letter received from M/s Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., 3, Corporate Park, Sion, Trombay Road, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra — 400071 on subject cited above. The said firm is holding a Cosmetic Import Registration Certificate with RC No. RC/COS-003067 dated 25.03.2022 valid upto 24.03.2027 for the purpose of Import of Cosmetics registered by M/s. Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique, 45 Place Abel Gance, 92100 Boulogne, Paris- (France) for Import of 43 products under 04 categories.

It is stated in the letter that M/s. Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (Indian agent), 3, Corporate Park, Sion, Trombay Road, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400071 and M/s. PIERRE FABRE DERMOCOSMETIQUE (manufacturer) had mutually decided to discontinue the Registration Certificate and will not be importing Cosmetic products registered under the above mentioned Registered Certificate. The firm, M/s. Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., also mentioned that, last consignment was imported on 07.10.2022 having expiry for the imported products of Sep, 2025 and they will continue to distribute already imported products till its expiry. In view of the above, the Import Registration certificate vide RC. No. RC/COS-003067 dated 25.03.2022 pertaining to M/s. Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (Indian agent), 3, Corporate Park, Sion, Trombay Road, Chembur, Mumbai — 400071 has been cancelled.
