Subject:- Completion of process of carrying out Third Party Audit Exercise by all the Public Authorities under MoH&FW for the year 2023-24 - compliance of timelines of CIC by all the Public Authorities under MoHFW.

The undersigned is directed to say that Section 4 of the RTI Act, 2005 mandates proactive disclosure of a series of information by all the Public Authorities under suo motu disclosure and each division of CDSCO (HQ), Zonal/Sub-Zonal Offices, Laboratories/Mini Labs/ Port Offices required to provide information suo motu to the public. Following the timeline fixed by CIC, all the divisions and offices of CDSCO are hereby directed to upload the information on CDSCO website immediately on or before 14/05/2024. The documents to be uploaded on the website may be sent to Sh. David, IT Cell by e-mail to donotreply@cdsco.nic.in after taking approval of the Competent Authority.
