Of late it has been observed that some of the Laboratories/Zones under CDSCO submit the requests of their regular employees for approval to CDSCO(HQ) requesting to grant permission/NOC for pursuing higher qualification.
- In order to bring uniformity in the system and in supersession of earlier orders issued by CDSCO(HQ), the proposal for pursuing higher education shall be submitted to CDSCO(HQ) for requisite prior approval as per procedures.
3, This issues with the prior approval of DCG(I).
