Sidharth Sahai Malhotra, ADC(I) as CPIO, in place of Sh. Sushanta Sarkar, ADC(I) & CPIO who has been transferred from CDSCO(HQ), to deal with the technical matters of RTI Cell, CDSCO (HQ).
