Sub: Revised constitution of Internal Complaints Committee - Reg

In supersession of all the erlier orders in this regard and as required U/Section 4 & 21 of Sexual harassment of Women at work plce (Prevention/prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013, the internal complaints committee comprising of the following for redressal of cases of sexual harassment of women employees in this Establishment (CDSCO & CDTL) is constituted :- 1. Mrs Heema Naik, Drugs Inspector - Chairman 2. Mrs Sowmya Katreddy,Assistant Drugs Inspector — Member Secretary-1

3. Mrs Bulusu Sai Gayathri, Assistant Drugs Inspector — Member Secretary-2

5. Mrs K.Madhavi, TDA, External Committee Member - 2

The committee shall maintain records of receipts of complaints and disposal etc as per the extent guidelines. The annual report shall be submitted to O/O DCGi(I) as per the provisions stipulated thereon. This order comes into force with immediate effect.
