SUPPLY OF 6000 NOS. OF XEROX PAPERS REAMS

This Custom House invites sealed tender/quotations from Manufacturers/Govt. suppliers and others for supplying Six thousand Xerox Papers at JNCH.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The rate once approved will be applicable for six thousand, the approved numbers of reams.
2. Defective/damaged items will have to be replaced by the supplier and on recurring occurrence of defective supply the approved quotations of the supplier will stand cancelled.
3. Payment will be made through ECS only after receipt of items.
4. Delivery will be made at our office.
5. If the delivery of the items is not made without within 7 days after receiving of the supply order, the supply order will stand cancelled.
6. Supply of goods for the requirements should be of specified quality.
7. Suppliers should give an undertaking on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/- supply the items as per specifications and quantity.
8. Provide the sample of item at the time of acceptance of supply order.
9. This offer can be withdrawn at any time without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
   The quotations/rates should be only in sealed cover addressed to Dy. Commissioner of Customs, Record Section, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava-Sheva, Taluka Uran, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra – 400 707. The tender/quotations should reach the undersigned before 15.00 hrs. on 15.02.2017. The tender/quotation will be opened before Dy. Commissioner of Customs, Prev.(G) on17.02.2017 at 3:30 PM and interested parties/suppliers/manufacturers may remain present at the time of opening of the same.
