This is to inform that office of Drugs Controller General (I) is receiving various application for extension of shelf life within or up to the period of 60 months for export purpose of drugs which are not specified in Schedule 'P’ of Drugs and Cosmetics Rules which does not come under the purview of office of Drugs Controller Genera] (I). Therefore applicants are required to approach concerned State Licensing Authorities for said Purpose. to However, application for extension of shelf life beyond 60 months are required be made to office of DCG (I) as per Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules.
