Subject: Creating awareness to the public, stakeholders, applicants & industries about the recent revision of GST announced by Govt. of India in the medicines, pharmaceuticals & medical devices etc. — Reg. Goods With reference to the recent decision of the Government regarding rationalization of & Services Tax (GST) rate structures wherein the GST rates of medicines, pharmaceuticals & medical devices have been reduced and will come into effect from 22.09.2025. The GST rationalization and the consequent public benefit have to be disseminated to the public through the industry associations, state drugs authorities, CDSCO offices, stakeholders etc. The campaign has to be continued till 100 days. It is proposed as under:

Internet Pharmacy Associations:

  • e Encourage your members to issue advertisements in the print and electronic media. e Banners on your websites on the reduction of GST. e Sustained campaign in the social media through influencers and posts. ¢ Continuation of the campaign till 100 days. e Compile the pictures of the actions taken and forward to the CDSCO- HQ for reporting.

  • ¢ The reduction in GST message may be printed on the invoices issued. e The delivery partners may also be encouraged to carryout similar actions.
