Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is being used by employees of CDSCO for signing the various online forms, issuing NOCs through various online portals and digitally transmitted documents. The employees are supposed to use DSC personally in his official capacity and use of DSC by other officials in the name of custodian/ owner of DSC is strictly prohibited. Therefore, all the employees of CDSCO are hereby directed to use their DSC signature personally in his official capacity failing which strict action may be taken against them.
