Sub: Purchase of Desktop computers–reg. Sir, Sealed quotations are invited for supply of Desktop computers for office use in the JNCH lab Nhava Sheva. The specifications are mentioned below. Your quotation should reach this office on or before 17th Feb. 2017. Specifications :-Desktop HP all in one (I-3, 6th Gen 4 Gb RAM, 1 Tb HDD, 19.5’’ LED HD monitor with DVD RW, WIN. 10 (Licence) Key board & Mouse) The conditions of supply are as mentioned below. (1.) Quotation should be valid for 6 months. (2.) No Advance payment shall be made. Payment shall be released only after the satisfactory receipt of goods in good condition in accordance of ordered specification and after satisfactory demonstration of the instrument in JNCH custom House laboratory, Nhava Sheva. (3.) Supply should be executed within the specified time. (4.) Quoted items should be from reputed/branded manufacturers. The name of manufacturer should be indicated against each item. (5.) The net price quoted should be at lab delivery basis. (6.) Price should be quoted keeping in view warranty period of at least 3 years.
