1. An application under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013 filed for compounding of offence u/s 161(1) of theCompanies Act, 2013 through SRN AB5440647.

2. Ld. PCS for the applicant(s) is present and places on record an application dated 14.01.2026 inter-alia praying for the withdrawal of the compounding application as the default in question is subject to adjudication by the Adjudicating Authority i.e., Registrar of Companies NCT of Delhi and Haryana, although ROC has recommended erroneously for compounding.

3. The Presenting Officer, Mr. Krishan Kumar, Assistant Director, submits that withdrawal is permissible at any stage before the application is disposed of and therefore may be considered for approval.

4. In view ofthe above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the compounding application. The prayer of Ld. PCS is considered and allowed, and the application is dismissed as withdrawn, and disposed of accordingly.
