ORDER

1. An application under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013 filed for compounding of offence u/s 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Form GNL-1 through SRN N3 1284920.

2. One of the Applicants, Mr. Moti Ram Jain, Director of the Company, places a letter dated 11.12.2025 on record inter alia praying for withdrawal of the application and also with liberty to file afresh for not holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company for the FY 2023-24 due to ongoing medical issues in the family of the Applicant Director.

3. The Presenting Officer, Mr. Krishan Kumar, Assistant Director, endorses the prayer of the Applicant for withdrawal which is permissible at any stage before disposal of the application.

4. In view of the above, the prayer of the applicants is considered and allowed and the application for compounding of default u/s 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 is permitted to be withdrawn. The application is dismissed as withdrawn, hence disposed of accordingly.
