ORDER

  1. An application under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013 filed for compounding of offence u/s 56 of the Companies Act, 2013 through SRN N30990113.

  2. Ld. Advocates for the Applicant(s) submit through a letter dated 15.12.2025 that the default under Section 56 of theCompanies Act, 2013 is subject to adjudication under Section 454 of the Companies Act, 2013 and therefore, compounding application is not maintainable which is also confirmed by the ROC, NCT of Delhi and Haryana vide letter/report dated 15.07.2025 and pray for withdrawal.

  3. The Presenting Officer, Ms. Aruna M, Assistant Director, confirms the aforesaid position of the application and recommends withdrawal of the application, which is permissible at any stage before final disposal.

  4. In view ofthe above, the compounding application[u/s] 56 of[the] Companies Act, 2013,[is] dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
