INTERIM ORDER

1. An application under section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013, for compounding of default committed u/s 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 was filed by the aforesaid Applicants vide Form GNL-1 through SRN F98865694.

2. Facts presented by the Presenting Officer:

Factors to be Considered (i) The gravity of offence: The Company has failed to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) within the stipulated time period pursuant to the provision of section 96 of the Act. The AGM of the company for the financial year ended 31.03.2023 was required to be held on or before 30.09.2023 but the same was held on 28.03.2024 (180 days delay), hence default.
