  1. An application under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013 filed for compounding of offence u/s 117 of the Companies Act, 2013 through SRN F99881523.,

  2. None of the applicants, despite assurance by Ld. PCS on 10.1 12025 to withdraw the application as default in question is subjected to adjudication under section 454 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Ld. PCS and applicants are not interested in pursuing the application as being not maintainable in view of[law.]

  3. The Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana vide its report dated 26.03.2025, has reported that the offence is not compoundable in nature and subject to adjudication as per Section 454 of Companies Act, 2013.

  4. The Presenting Officer, Ms. Aruna M, Assistant Director, confirms the aforesaid position of the application and recommends dismissal of the application as rejection being nonmaintainable and also on the grounds of non-prosecution.
