1. An application under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013 filed for compounding of offence u/s 173 of the Companies Act, 2013 through SRN N16906257.

2. Ld. Advocate and Ld. PCS for the applicant company confirm that the default under section 173 is subjected to adjudication under section 454 of the Companies Act, 2013 and therefore, compounding application is not maintainable which is so confirmed by the ROC NCT of Delhi and Haryana vide letter/report dated 26.03.2025.

3. The Presenting Officer, Ms. Aruna M, Assistant Director, confirms the aforesaid position of the application and recommends dismissal of the application as rejected being nonmaintainable.

4. In view of the above, the compounding application u/s173 of the Companies Act, 2013, is dismissed as rejected and disposed of accordingly.
