• I. An application under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013 filed for compounding of offence u/s 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Form GNL-1 through SRN AB5443748.

2. Ld. PCSs for the Applicants places an application dated 24.11.2025 on record inter alia praying for withdrawal of the application and also with a liberty to file afresh for not holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company for the FY 2022-23 as the present application is incomplete in certain factual aspects.

3. The Presenting Officer, Ms. Aruna M, Assistant Director, concurs with the observation of the Ld. PCSs and confirms that the withdrawal of compounding application is permissible at any stage before the compounding fee is imposed upon the applicants.

4. In view of the above, the prayer of Ld. PCSs is considered and allowed and the application for compounding of default u/s 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 is permitted to be withdrawn. The application is dismissed as withdrawn, hence disposed of accordingly,
