ORDER

1. An application under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013 filed for compounding of offence u/s 68 of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Form GNL-1 through SRN AB6362627.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Applicants is present and submits through an application dated 05.12.2025 inter-alia praying for withdrawal of compounding application so as to make changes with a permission to file afresh.

3. The Presenting Officer, Ms. Aruna M, Assistant Director, points out that ROC Report Dated 26.09.2025 are contradictory too with regard to filing of e-form SH-11, however, endorses the prayer for withdrawal and submits that withdrawal is permissible at any stage before the application is disposed of and therefore may be considered for approval.

4. In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the compounding application. The prayer of Ld. Advocate is considered and allowed, and the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh and disposed of accordingly.
