• 2B This is an application under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter called as “the Act”) filed through Form GNL-1 bearing SRN AB5932872 dated 08-Aug-2025 by ‘APAC STOCK BROKERAGE OPERATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED’ (hereinafter called as “the Company”) having CIN U62099MH2018PTC314284 and the Directors/ Officers of the company for seeking compounding of alleged violation of Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The Company ought to have held its Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2023-24 on or before 30/09/2024. But the company held its Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2023-24 on 14/02/2025 thereby, violating provisions of Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013.
