  • ae This is an application under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter called as “the Act”) filed through Form GNL-1 bearing SRN N29368693 dt. 10/03/2025 respectively by ‘DAMOS TRADING COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED’ (hereinafter called as “the Company”) having CIN U24200MHi958PTC011032 and the Directors/ Officers of the company for seeking compounding of alleged violation of Section 68 of the Companies Act, 2013.

  • 2 Details and nature of violation:

    • a. The Company has failed to file required documents with the Registrar of Companies for the Financial Year 2024-25 in Form SH-8 within the prescribed time limit under provisions of section 68 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Share Capital and Debenture) Rules, 2014, thus violating section 68 of the Companies Act, 2013.

    • b. The period of offence is for the Financial Year 2024-25,

    • c. This is reported to be the first offence in the last 03 (three years).

    • d. The Company filed e-Form SH-8 dated 7" January, 2025 vide SRN AB2361762 with the Central Registration Center (CRC) and offence has been made good.

  1. A personal hearing in the matter was given on 07/11/2025 and following compounding fees in INR were imposed on the applicants for violation of Section 68 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the Financial Year 2024 vide Interim Order No. % - Fe.(a.8.)rant ve¢/Damos Trading/68/N29368693/2025-26/5997 dt. 12/11/2025.
