  • 2, Details and nature of violation: a. The Company ought to have held its Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2020-21 on or before 30/09/2021. But the company held its Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2020-21 on 16/12/2021 thereby, violating provisions of Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013.
