• |. An application under section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013, for compounding of default committed u/s 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 was filed by the aforesaid Applicants vide Form GNL-! through SRN N31334139.

(1) The gravity of offence: The Company has failed to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) within the stipulated time period pursuant to the provision of section 96 of the Act. The AGMofthe company for the financial year ended 31.03.2023 was required to be held on or before 31.12.2023 (extended date of AGM, extension applied vide SRN F64593924 dated 19.09.2023) but the same was held on 22.03.2024 (82 days delay), hence default.
