4. Mr. Hiren Natwarlal Desai (Ex-WTD) -(Applicant No.4) Violation details and nature of the violation: Sec. 188 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the financial year 2014-15 to 2017-18. During the hearing Shri Ranjit Kejriwal, authorised representative of the applicants has not accepted the violations and submitted that they have filed Compounding application only to avoid Prosecution in the matter. The Competent Authority is considered the view of the Authorised representative and going through the direction issued by the Ministry.
