  1. M/s. KANORA PLASCHEM LIMITED has filed an appeal under section 454(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 along with the above appellants in e-form ADJ vide SRN AB2627918 dated 05.02.2025 against the adjudication order issued vide F.No. ROCB/Adj Ord.454-29/Kanoria Plaschem/Co.No.014461/2024 dated 18.12.2024 under section 454(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with section 29 of the Companies Act, 2013 passed by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore.

  2. Registrar of Companies in his Adjudication order dt. 18.12.2024 has stated after considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the company and its directors are liable to penalty as prescribed under Section 450 of the Act for violation of Section 29 of the Companies Act, 2013 and passed an order dated 18.12.2024 after hearing the Authorized Representatives Mr. Keerthi and Mr. Shiva Kumar on 12.11.2024 by fixing penalties as under:
