1. M/s. PASARI EXPORTS LIMITED has filed an appeal under section 454(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 along with the above appellants in e-form ADJ vide SRN AB4566996 dated 12.06.2025 against the adjudication order issued vide F.No. ROCB/Adj.454-134(3)(a)/Pasari Exports/Co.No.036561/2024/2024 dated 26.11.2024 under section 454(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with section 134(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 passed by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore.

2. Registrar of Companies in his Adjudication order dt. 26.11.2024 has stated that after hearing the Authorized Representative (AR) of the Company Mr.Vinay BL on 13.11.2024 and after considering the facts and circumstances of the case the

4. The submissions and the documents submitted by the Authorised representative of the company have been examined and it is observed that there is no defect in the order passed by A.O. Hence the Order of AO is upheld, and the appeal filed by the appellant is dismissed.
