Registrar of Companies in his Adjudication order dt. 12.12.2023 has stated that the company had failed to appoint whole-time Company Secretary despite paid up capital has exceeded the prescribed limit as stated in the provisions of Section 203(1) of the Companies Act, 2013. read with Rule 8 and 8A of companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014. The matter was fixed for hearing on 24.02.2025, 18.03.2025 and lastly on 16.04.2025 before the Regional Director (SER), Hyderabad, however, none appeared before the Competent Authority for the applicant and there is no error in the order of ROC, Aridhra Pradesh, thus, the appeal of applicants filed vide SRN F92295575 dated 16.02.2024 is hereby rejected.
