Tender No./41/22-05-2017 Sir, Sub: Purchase of Desktop Computer, Printer and Pen drive -reg. Sealed quotations are invited for the supply of Desktop Computer, Printer and Pen Drive for office use in the JNCH Laboratory Nhava Sheva. The specifications are mentioned below. Your quotation should reach this office on or before 5th June 2017.
Specifications: (a) Desktop HP all in one (i3, 6th Gen 4 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, 19.5” LED HD monitor with DVD RW, WIN. 10 (License) Key board & Mouse in three numbers. (b) HP Make (Scanner, Copier & Printer) all in one three in number. (c) Pen drive- 32 GB four in numbers The conditions of supply are as mentioned below:

1. Quotation should be valid for 6 months.

2. No advance payment shall be made. Payment shall be released only after the satisfactory receipt of goods in good condition in accordance of ordered specification and after satisfactory installation in Custom House Laboratory, JNCH, Nhava Sheva.

3. Supply should be executed within the specified time.

4. Quoted items should be from reputed/branded manufactures. The name of manufacturer should be indicated against each item.

5. The net price quoted should be at lab delivery basis & including all.

6. Price should be quoted keeping in view warranty period of at least 3 years.
