• (1) Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Companies, Guwahati, has a reasonable cause to believe that the above-named companies, have not paid the subscription amount which they had undertaken to pay at the time of incorporation of the company and a declaration to this effect has not been filed within a period of 180 days of its incorporation as required under section 10A (1) of the Companies Act, 2013.

• (2) Accordingly, the Registrar of Companies proposes to remove or strike off the names of the above-mentioned companies from the Register of Companies.
