शुद्धिपत्र शासकीय राजपत्र में साप्ताहिक भाग-III धारा-1 में हिनाांक 22.09.2022 के पूर्व प्रकाशन के आांशशक सांशोधन में, मूल प्रकाशन के पैरा सांख्या 1 के स्थान पर पैरा सांख्या 1 को ननम्नानुसार पढा जाएगा। 1. “एतद्दद्दर्ारा सूचित ककया जाता िै कक कांपनी रजजस्रार के पास यि मानने का एक उचित कारण िै कक-

ननम्नशलखित कांपननयों में, ज्ञापन के अशभिाताओां ने उस सिस्यता का भुगतान नि ां ककया िै जो उन्िोंने ककसी कांपनी के ननगमन के समय भुगतान करने के शलए ककया था और धारा 10 ए की उप-धारा (1) के तित इसके ननगमन के एक सौ अस्सी हिनों के भीतर इस आशय की घोषणा िायर नि ां की गई िै।
और इसशलए, कांपनी रजजस्रार से उजललखित कांपननयों के नामों को िटाने/बांि करने और उन्िें भांग करने का प्रस्तार् करता िै जब तक कक इस नोहटस की तार ि से तीस हिनों के भीतर इसके वर्पर त कोई कारण नि ां हििाया जाता िै"। यि र्तवमान प्रकाशन हिनाांक 22.09.2022 के मूल प्रकाशन का हिस्सा िै।

CORRIGENDUM

In partial modification of the earlier publication dated 22.09.2022 on the MCA website, the Para No. 1 shall be read as follows, in place of para No.1 of original publication:

“1. Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Companies has a reasonable cause to believe that -

In the following companies, the subscribers to the memorandum have not paid the subscription which they had undertaken to pay at the time of incorporation of a company and a declaration to this effect has not been filed within one hundred and eighty days of its incorporation under sub-section (1) of section 10A.
