The Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva on behalf of President of India, invites sealed quotations in two bid stage manner, i.e. 1) TECHNICAL BIDS 2) FINANCIAL BIDS from reputed technically proficient software service providers for maintaining the DTR application software for Manual Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills and its Annual Maintenance in the Office of Commissioner of Customs (Import), JNCH Nhava Sheva for the period from April-2017 to March-2018
The details of assignment also includes generation of following reports and providing the same to various departments.

1. Generated Data Trade Returns (DTR)
2. Apprising main, (Import & Export)
3. Cash payment report
4. Licence Verification
5. The Revenue statements like Budget Headwise,
6. Revenue Statements 123 and Cus121,
7. Thoka date and report , (Import & Export)
8. Group Wise Revenue ,
9. All Report Cash Department
10. Data Warehouse (CCO)
11. All Reports Generated for various agencies like DRI, CIU, SIIB, Vigilance, and Police, Department is to be sent through Statistical Department.

The conditions of the tender notice are as follows:

1. The sealed Tender should reach the undersigned on or before 20.10.2017 at 1600 hrs.

1. The sealed Tender should reach the undersigned on or before 20.10.2017 at 1600 hrs. The Tender received after prescribed time limit will not be entertained. For any information. Appraiser, EDI (SW) may be contacted on phone on 27243243.
2. The quotation shall contain the price and full technical details of the service. The quotation should also contain full address of the supplier; telephone No. fax No. and E-mail-Id.
3. The Commissioner of Customs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
4. The payment shall be made only after completion and operation of the work.
5. The time limit for completion of any assignment given by the department will be adhered to by the service provider.
6. The Commissioner deserves the rights to cancel the contract with immediate effect, if the response is not found satisfactory.
7. The payment would be made on quarterly basis subject to the satisfactory performance; otherwise a penalty may be imposed, as deemed fit, by Commissioner of Customs, JNCH.
