TENDER NOTICE DESTRUCTION OF OLD IMPORT AND EXPORT RELATED DOCUMENTS VIZ BILL OF ENTRIES, SHIPPING BILLS & DOCKETS FOR THE PERIOD PRIOR TO THE YEAR 2008.

Sealed quotations are invited for the disposal/ destruction/ shredding of old import and export related documents viz Bills of Entries, Shipping bills
and dockets of documents, which have been listed as are lying in MCD godown in township at JNPT, ON “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”. The quotations are to be on basis of payment to be made per Kg. of disposal. The process of disposal/ destruction involves fine shredding of records / documents at MCD godown only through shredding machines hired and deployed by the bidder and the resultant shredded paper waste has to be lifted by the successful bidder for further disposal in the manner as deemed fit by them. Interested parties can inspect the items after taking appointment from Shri R.U. Bhiwapurkar, Sr. Tax Assistant, MCD Section, 5th floor, JNCH Building between 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM on the working days between 06.12.2016 to 19.12.2016. The contact no. of Shri R.U. The bidders should follow are the rules and regulation in force for any matter in this regards. The bidders should ensure that not even a single piece of papers or documents should move out of MCD godown without being finely shredded in order to maintain the confidentiality of the contents of documents intended for destruction. The above amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) accompanying the quotations shall be adjusted against the amount payable by the successful bids. In respect of others the Demand Draft shall be returned. 3. Last date for submission of quotations will be up to 5.00 PM on 19.12.2016.

The sealed quotations will be opened at 4.00 PM on 20.12.2016 in this office. 5. This office reserves the rights to accept or reject the bids and no correspondence on this will be entertained.
