TENDER NOTICE NO. 07 /2016

Sealed quotations are invited by the Commissioner of Customs (Import) for office of the Commissioner of Customs, JNCH Nhava Sheva, on the following terms and conditions:

• tz. Supply and Maintenance of Anti-virus (Quick Heal Internet Security (one year) is for the Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 which are in use at JNCH, Nhava Sheva for year 2016.

• 2. Anti-virus software should timely update in all the client machines automatically from the internet site of parent company.

• = Administrator should be able to manage the Anti-virus from single location (Client-Server component of the Anti-virus). |

• 4. License from the manufacturer should be renewed by the vendor. . Fresh installation of Antivirus should be done by the vendor as and when required. 6. The vendor should take responsibility to install / maintain software and provide virus free environment without asking for any human resources from Customs. Support should be available on 24 X 7 basis.

• f The total requirement of Anti-virus will be around 379 units approximately, which is 8. to be supplied as and when required during the above mentioned period. Bidders should quote the per unit price of the Anti-virus to be supplied during the period. Payment will be made for the number of Anti-virus actually supplied by the bidder only on receipt of the same in good condition

The installation and maintenance charges for the same during the year 2016 has to 10. be quoted separately, the payment of which is to be made on quarterly basis. aa: Only reputed parties with sufficient technical expertise will be considered. 16. In case the selected bidder wishes to discontinue the said AMC at any point of time, after acceptance, a notice to this effect should be given to this office at least three months in advance. The department is however, at liberty to terminate the contract with immediate effect in case of breach of any of the terms and conditions of the i7, said contract or if the services are not found to be Satisfactory. Price quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes of any government/ local authority etc. as applicable to government department. No Payment over and above the prices quoted shall be done by the Customs in respect of any such levies brought to the notice at a later date. 18. The date of commencement of license will be considered from the final date of installation of Anti Virus on the last PC. 19. Successful bidder shall submit monthly reports to the Deputy Commissioner /EDI certifying the satisfactory working of all the PCs. 20. Within 15 days after the receipt of intimation of award of the contract from the Principal, a performance security to the Department equivalent to 10% of the Contract value shall be furnished by the successful vendor in the form of Bank Guarantee Bond from a nationalized bank.
