ाप, िव फोटक अिधिनयम, 1884 (1884 का 4) क धारा 18 क अपेानुसार, कितपय िनयम म! और संशोधन करने हेतु भारत सरकार के वािण य और उ$ोग मंालय (औ$ोिगक नीित और संवध)न िवभाग) क अिधसूचना सं* या सा.का.िन. 1110(अ), तारीख 13 नव+बर 2018 ,ारा भारत के राजप, असाधारण, भाग- II, ख/ ड 3, उप-ख/ ड (i) तारीख 14 नव+बर 2018 म! कािशत कया गया था, िजसम! भारत के राजप क, िजसम! उ1 त अिधसूचना कािशत 4ई थी, ितयां जनता को उपल5 ध कराए जाने क तारीख से तीस दन क समाि6 के पूव) उन सभी 8 यि9य से आेप और सुझाव आमंित कए गए थे, िजनके उससे भािवत होने क संभावना है; और उ1 त राजप क ितयाँ 14 नवंबर 2018 को जनता को उपल5 ध करा दी गई थ>; और के? @ीय सरकार ,ारा उ1 त ाप िनयम के िवषय म! जनता से ाA त सुझाव पर स+ यक प से िवचार कर िलया गया; अतः अब, के? @ीय सरकार, िव फोटक अिधिनयम, 1884 (1884 का 4) क धारा 5 और धारा 7 ,ारा दC त शि9य का योग करते 4ए ि थर और गितशील दाब पा (अ विलत) िनयम, 2016 का और संशोधन करने के िलए िन+ निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथा)तः-

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th February, 2019 G.S.R. 148(E).— WHEREAS the draft of certain rules further to amend the Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016 were published as required by section 18 of the Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 14th November, 2018, vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion), number G.S.R.

Sub-section (i), dated the 14th November, 2018, vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion), number G.S.R. 1110 (E), dated the 13th November, 2018 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, before the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India containing the said notification are made available to the public;
AND WHEREAS, the copies of the said Gazette were made available to the public on the
14th November, 2018;
AND WHEREAS, suggestion received from the public on the said draft rules, have been duly considered by the Central Government;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 7 of the Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) (Amendment) Rules 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016, in rule 47, in sub-rule-(1), after the words “pressure vessels”, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
