Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i) inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, before the expiry of a period of fifteen days from the date on )rh_ich the copies of the Gazette containing the said notification were made available to the public; And, wqereas, copies of the said Gazette were made available to the public on 21 st day of June.; 2013; And, whereas, objections and suggestions were received from the public on the said draft rules, have been duly considered by the Central Government; Now, thi refo,-e; in exercise of powers conferred by sections 5 and 7 of the Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), the Central · Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ammonium Nitrate Rules, 2012, namely:- 1.(1) These rules may be called the Ammonium Nitrate (Amendment) Rules, 2013.
