वािणTय और उÒोग मं ¢ालय (औÒोिगक नीित और सं वधE निवभाग) अिधसू चना नई ðदhली, 10 अगmत, 2016 सा.का.िन. 788 (अ) .— के ¤ीय सरकार §ितिलaयिधकार अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 14) कñ धारा 78 Çारा §द\त शि¦यᲂ का §योग करते _ए, §ितिलaयिधकार िनयम, 2013 का और संशोधन करने के िलए िनeनिलिखत िनयम बनाती है , अथाEत् :- 1. (1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिCaत नाम §ितिलaयिधकार (संशोधन) िनयम, 2016 है । (2) ये राजप¢ मv इनके §काशन कñ तारीख को §वृ\त हᲂगे। 2. §ितिलaयिधकार िनयम, 2013 (िजसे इसके पkचात मू लिनयम कहा गया है ) के िनयम 3 मv , उप-िनयम (1) के , परंतुक मv “पद धारण कर सकv गे” शcदᲂ के mथान पर “पद धारण नहm कर सकv गे ” शcद रखे जाएं गे। 3. मूल िनयम के िनयम 70 मv (क) उप-िनयम (6) मv “ðकहm मालᲂ के संबंध मv” शcदᲂ के mथान पर “ðक`हm मालᲂ या सेवाᲐ के संबं ध मv” शcद रखे जाएं गे।

These rules may be called the Copyright (Amendment) Rules, 2016. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Copyright Rules, 2013 (herein after referred to as the principal rules), in rule 3, in sub-rule (1), in the proviso, for the words “other member shall hold office”, the words “other members shall not hold office”, shall be substituted. 3.
