(अ).– के ीयसरकार, बायलरअिधिनयम, 1923 (1923 का 5) क धारा 28क क उपधारा (1क) के खंड (च) ारादशिय कायोग करते ए, बायलर परचरिनयम, 2011 का और संशोधन करने के िलए िनिलिखतिनयम बनातीहै , अथात् :-

1. (1) इनिनयमकासं िनामबायलरपरचर(सं शोधन) िनयम, 2016 है । (2) ये राजपम काशनकतारीख कोवृ हगे ।
2. बायलर परचर िनयम, 2011 (िजसे इसम इसके पात् उ िनयम कहा गया है ), के, िनयम 26 के थान पर िनिलिखत िनयम रखे जाएंगे, अथा त:-- "26 आवेदन का ाप आवेदन का ाप आवे दन का ाप आवेदनका ाप (1)
   परीाके िलए ये कआवेदनाप'क' म होगा। (2)
   आवेदक, ापके ऐसे भाग कोउसीकारभरेगा जै से कसी अयथ ारा भरा जाता है और उस पर हतारकरे गा । (3)
   इसकारभरागयाआवेदनसिचवकोअेिषतकयाजाएगाऔरउसके साथिनिलिखतकागजातहगे :- (क) अयथकशैिकअह ता, ावहारकअनुभवके सं बंधम ये कअनुशं सापकवयं मािणत ित(म ूलअनुशंसापसााकारके समयतुतकए जाएंगे ) ;

(1) These Rules may be called the Boiler Attendants’ (Amendment) Rules, 2016.

(1) These Rules may be called the Boiler Attendants’ (Amendment) Rules, 2016. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Boiler Attendants’ Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 26, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- “26. Form of application.– (1) Every application for examination shall be in Form ‘A’.
(2) The applicant shall fill in such part of the Form as are to be filled in by a candidate and shall sign on it.
(3) The filled in application shall be forwarded to the Secretary and shall be accompanied by – (a) one self attested copy of each of the testimonials in respect of academic qualifications, practical experience of the candidate ( all original testimonials shall be produced at the time of interview); (b) testimonials of good character from his employer with a certificate of age; (c) a treasury challan or such other mode as the Government may specify in this behalf in support of payment of the fee specified in these rules for the examination at which the applicant prefers to appear; and
(d) two copies of recent passport size photographs (size 50mm x 65mm), one of which shall bear the signature of the applicant on the back.”

(1) These Rules may be called the Boiler Operation Engineers’ (Amendment) Rules, 2016. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Boiler Operation Engineers’ Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 26, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- “26. Form of application.– (1) Every application for examination shall be in Form ‘A’.
(2) The applicant shall fill in such part of the Form as are to be filled in by a candidate and shall sign on it.

In the said rules, in Form ‘A’, in Part- IV , in the NOTE, for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- “2.
