In submitting a written request, learned Counsel for the appellant request for withdrawal of their appeal as company has gone into liquidation and they want disposal of all pending cases.

2 2. Learned AR is present. He has no objection to such withdrawal.
Accordingly, we dismiss both the appeals as withdrawn.

Learned Counsel for the appellant further submits that they filed five miscellaneous applications being No. 87208 to 87212 of 2025 seeking disposal of their five appeals including these two.

Registry may list these miscellaneous applications along with three pending appeals, as noted in the application next week for disposal, as sought in those applications.

Miscellaneous applications filed for withdrawal of these two appeals bearing Nos. 87209 and 87212 of 2025 stand disposed of.
