The Commissioner of Customs (General), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Mumbai Customs Zone-ll, herein after referred as ‘The JNCH’, invites tenders in two-bid covers (Technical & Financial) to repair 15 Nos. of IP CCTV Cameras and Public Address Systems installed at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House.

All interested service providers are requested to inspect the cctv and public address system physically before submitting quotations. They should approach the Superintendent of Customs (Prev.), CHS Section, JNCH, Nhava-Sheva for inspection. PREQUALIFICATION CONDITION:

1. The Service Provider should have minimum three years of experience in servicing and maintenance of CCTV Systems.

2. Proof of registration with sales tax, service tax is essential and copies of the proof should be submitted.

3. The service provider should have established service base in Maharashtra .

4. Service Providers having ISO 9001 certification may be given preference.

5. The Service Provider should have sound technical support staff for attending to the complaints within 24 hours.

6. The Service Provider should have certificate of authorized channel partner for sale/ service /maintenance of Panasonic CCTV systems. Proof for the same should be submitted.

7. The Service Provider should have experience of handling similar jobs in the past. Proof of same should be submitted .

8. The Service Provider should not be black listed by any PSU/banks/Govt. organizations. Self declaration should be submitted by the authorized official of the company.

{7 j ~ TERMS AND CONDITIONS: / Be The firm/Company must be registered with the Registrar of Companies. The registration number of firm along with the CST number allotted by the Sale Tax Authorities must be given in the tender Bid. (Enclose necessary documents).

a All items/spare parts shall carry a minimum of one year warranty.

3; Conditional/ Unsolicited tender shall not be considered.

4. It shall be ensured that the spare parts/ items used are new and fault free i.e. free from material, workmanship and manufacturing defects. The goods supplied shall be of the highest quality, consistent with the established and generally accepted standards.

Pa Interested Bidders/Parties/ Firms should visit JNCH and inspect the faulty 15 IP CCTV Cameras and public address system before submitting the quotations and any query or clarification sought for ; they may approach Superintendent of Customs (Prev.), CHS Section, JNCH.

8. Every tender should be accompanied with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in form of DD in the name of the ‘Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH.. Tenders received without EMD will be rejected outright.

9. The prices quoted in the financial Bid should be inclusive of all Taxes and cost of spare parts, installation charges, materials, labour, tools, and cabling etc. for completion of said work. The Service Provider should quote the prices for providing complete solution; JNCH — will not pay any extra amount which is not mentioned in the financial Bid.

10. The TDS will be deducted as per provision of the Income Tax law.

11. Any loss or damage or theft will be borne by the Service Provider.

12. Offers vaguely described or incomplete offers are liable to rejection.

13. Successful bidder should deposit, within seven days of receipt of the work order, 10% amount of the total value of the order as performance security in the form of Bank Guarantee with an auto renewal clause from any Nationalized Bank valid till the expiry of one year warranty period as specified or till warranty period completion certificate is issued by CHS/JNCH.

14. The successful Service Provider should complete the work within Ten (10) days from the receipt of the work order and failure to complete the work within 10 (10) days, the JNCH will forfeit the EMD. A penalty of 0.5% amount of the total value of the order per day will be levied on non compliance of work beyond Ten (10) days. 17. The payment against supplied goods/work done shall be made after the submission the bills in triplicate and work having been found satisfactory. No advance payment shall be made. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

¢ The Service Provider will submit bids in two separate sealed envelopes i.e. one Technical Bid and second Financial Bid. Each envelope must be suitable marked to indicate the type of bid. These two envelopes should be sealed in one big envelope marked as “Tender for Repair of 15 IP CCTV Cameras and Public Address System installed at JNCH” and submit at CHS Office, 1° Floor, ‘C’ Wing of this Custom House on any working day before the last date of bid submission .

¢ EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): -The tenders should be submitted with a Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only ) in the name of “The Commissioner of Customs, JNCH”.

¢ PG (Performance Guarantee): —The successful bidder should submit 10% amount of the total value of order in form of Bank Guarantee valid for a period of three years from Nationalized Bank, in the name of “The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH”.

¢ The Service Provider should fulfill prequalification conditions of the tender.

¢ The Service Provider should submit all the documents attested by authorized person with the quotation.

¢ The technical bid will be opened first in the presence of the Tender Committee Members and bidders. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened in the presence of the Tender Committee Members and bidders. The bidders, if they wish, may remain present.

¢ For any clarification/ inspection of the site, etc. the interested parties may contact the Superintendent of Customs, CHS Office, 1st Floor, ‘C’ Wing of this Custom House on any working day between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, either personally or on Tel- 02227244903.
