All GeM Sellers/Service Providers shall ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws, including the provisions, rules, schemes and guidelines under the four Labour Codes i.e. the Code on Wages, 2019; the Industrial Relations Code, 2020; the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020; and the Code on Social Security, 2020 as and when notified and brought into force by the Government of India.
