Appellant is absent as has been the case on last several occasions. Notices were sent earlier but no one appeared on previous occasions. 2. Ld. Authorised Representative informs that through this appeal, rejection of refund of an amount of Rupees 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand only) has been challenged by the Appellant. But appellant is not in appearance. 3. We are of the view that appellant is no more interested to pursue its appeal and accordingly we dismiss the appeal for default and non- prosecution under Rule-20 of the CESTAT Procedure Rules.
