Attention of all concerned is invited to the Notification No. 47/2015-2020 dated 08.02.2020 by D.G.F.T., Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry vide which Export Policy in respect of Personal Protection Equipment / Masks was amended from “Free” to “Prohibited”. 2.
The Deputy Drugs Controller (India), CDSCO, West Zone, Mumbai vide their letter Ref:10-Coronavirus/WZ-2020/12310 dated 10.02.2020 has requested that for compliance of the above notification every shipping bill for export be referred to the respective Assistant Drug Controller, port offices of CDSCO for technical review and compliance. 3. In view of the above, all the concerned are advised to comply with the above request of the Deputy Drugs Controller, CDSCO. 4.
