Subject :- Entry of Test Report in CRCL Test Module – regarding.

Attention of officers and concerned staff is invited to the Standing Order No. 37/2015 dated 15.09.2015 and Public Notice No. 71/2015 dated 15.09.2015 on the instruction of new CRCL Test Module in ICES 1.5. 2. It has been observed that the CRCL Test Module in ICES 1.5 is not being used by the officers and the test reports are not being entered/filed in the system for all the consignment subjected to test by DYCC/CRCL, JNCH. 3. All officers are hereby directed to mandatorily use CRCL test module for all the samples forwarded to DYCC/CRCL, JNCH for testing in accordance with the procedure prescribed vide Standing Order No. 37/2015, dated 15.09.2015 Sd/- (M.R.Mohanty) Commissioner of Customs (NS-I). Standing Order No. 37/2015 dated 15.09.2015 and Public Notice No. 71/2015 dated 15.09.2015 on the instruction of new CRCL Test Module in ICES 1.5. had been issued, however, it was observed that the CRCL Test Module in ICES 1.5 has not been used scrupulously by the concerned officer and the test reports are not being entered/filed in the system for all the consignment subjected to test by DYCC/CRCL. As per the instructions, all officers are required to mandatorily use CRCL test module for all the samples forwarded to DYCC/CRCL for testing in accordance with the procedure prescribed vide Standing Order No. 37/2015 dated 15.09.2015. In view of the above and as directed, draft Standing Order for retrieval of the Standing Order No. 37/2015 dated 15.09.2015 is prepared and placed opposite. File is put up for approval and sign please.
