Attention of officers posted in export, is invited to the Public Notice No. 

07/2019, dated 16.01.2019, wherein the uploading of the documents on eSANCHIT is mandatory w.e.f. 01.01.2019. Member of trade/ exporters/ custom brokers have been advised to use this facility for all their export clearances as it reduces cost and expedite export clearances.

2. All officers are hereby directed not to accept any document in physical form. Needless to say, if the requisite documents are not uploaded in eSANCHIT and the officers responsible for registration and grant of LEO accept documents in physical form, it would tantamount to defiance of order and will attract necessary consequence.

3. Difficulty, if any, may also be brought to the notice of Deputy/ Assistant Commissioner in charge of EDI section through email/ phones (email address: edi@jawaharcustoms.gov.in, Phone No.: 022-27244794)
