Subject : Revocation of Alert on IEC to release drawback- Reg.

It is hereby ordered that all insertion/removal of alerts against any IEC by AC/DC (Drawback Recovery Cell), shall be done only with the prior approval of the Commissioner of Customs (NS-II). The alert entry should always bear the reference number/order of the Commissioner along with the reasons for insertion /revocation of alert.

In case of difficulty faced in implementation of this Standing Order, same should be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
