         STANDING ORDER No.  03/2018   

Sub: Closure of submission of Bills of Entry at the ICES 1.5 on account of Union Budget, 2018-19 – reg.

     This is to inform all concerned that on account of Union Budget, 2018-19 to be 

presented on 01.02.2018, filing of bills of entry would not be available from 17:00 hours onwards on 01.02.2018 till the completion of updation of all changes in the ICES 1.5. Section 48 approvals should not be given after 17:00 hours on 01.02.2018.

     Shipping bill filing and processing will continue as usual without any stoppage. If 

any changes are announced in the export duty and export cess during the Budget, it is advised that the Supdt/AO/AC/DC will keep a track of the relevant SBs filed on or after 1st February, 2018 till the directory changes are made online, and export duty/cess shall be collected manually thereon. Similarly, processing of BEs filed before 17:00 hours on 1st February, 2018 will also continue as usual.

System will be available only after suitable updation is made in ICES 1.5 according to budgetary changes.
