Subject :- Monitoring of Bills of Entry pending for more than 48 hours at Group level –

Reporting & Monitoring – reg.

Attention of all the Asst./Dy. Commissioners of Customs, Appraisers in-charge of Assessment Groups under the jurisdiction of JNCH is invited to the Standing Order No.54/2015 dated 14.12.2015 on the above subject.

In this regard, all the Appraisers/Asst./Dy. Commissioners posted in the Groups are hereby directed to submit a daily report of the Bills of Entry pending for more than 48 hours, in the format given below to the respective Jt./Addl. Commissioners, by 12.00 noon with a copy to Appraising Main (Import).
