Attention of all the Officers / Staff at JNCH is invited to the Estt. Office Order No. 18/2016- P & E dated 25.04.2016 regarding creation of Centralized Adjudication Cell (CAC) at JNCH. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the roles & functions of the officers posted at CAC are specified in Annexure-A to the said order. 2. In this respect, it is hereby directed that show cause notices issued, in respect of other than live cases, at the level of Commissioner and Addl./Joint Commissioner shall henceforth be routed through the Centralized Adjudication Cell (CAC). 3.
