Attention of all officers working in Import Docks of NS-I, II, III, IV and V is invited to the Standing Order No.53/2015 dated 10.12.2015 on the above mentioned subject. 2. It is informed that the consolidated cluster-wise daily pendency position of the Bills of Entry pending for more than 24 hours as provided in the above mentioned Standing Order has been discontinued with immediate effect. 3. Henceforth, all the Asst./Dy. Commissioners posted at Docks of NS-I, II, III, IV and V, JNCH, are, hereby ordered that the consolidated cluster-wise daily pendency position of the Bills of Entry registered and not cleared/ given Out-of- Charge on the same day, in the revised format as given below should be submitted by e-mail on the next day morning by 09.30 a.m. to their respective Addl. Commissioners/Joint Commissioners with a copy marked to Appraising Main (Import) on e-mail appraisingmain.jnchimp@gmail.com. As regards to the legacy data of pending Bills of Entry which has been registered earlier/ on previous dates by 31.10.2016 and not cleared/ given Out-of- Charge till date, all are directed to collate the same from their respective CFS's and the compiled historical data of such Bills of Entry should be invariably sent from 17th November, 2016 onwards with daily updation as Sheet-II in the same format.
