Date: 18 /11/2016 STANDING ORDER NO. 68 /2016 UCC (Un-cleared Cargo Clearance) Software has been developed by CFS Association of India (CFSAI) to give seamless platform to all stakeholders to track the containers pending for disposal. All DCs/ ACs of Docks/ Groups will act as Superusers. All Superintendents and Appraisers of Customs will act as sub-users. All concerned staff has been trained to use the UCC software. 2. The UCC Software has been made functional from 15.11.2016. All concerned staff are instructed to update the pendency position regularly on UCC website. 3.
