In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1B) of Section 5 of the Customs Act. 1962, read with Notification No. 26/2022 dated 31 03.2022 issued under sub-section (1A), (4) and (5) of Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962, the Commissioner of Customs, NS-V, JNCH, hereby modifies the Standing Order No. 01 of 2022 issued on 01.04.2022 as follows: -
